Role mission: delivering excellent client service while working on influencer campaigns with top brands and media agencies.

Goal of this position: supporting the Country Manager and to make our team the best client services team in the industry!

Salary: £60K - £85K basic + benefits, dependant on experience

Your responsibilities:

  • Focus on medium to long-term planning and campaign management across multiple social media channels.
  • Developing medium to long-range influencer cooperations.
  • Working on influencer campaigns and activating the most important brands in digital and social environment.
  • Identifying talent management opportunities, resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service.
  • Executing excellent communication between all stakeholders, influencers and the Client.
  • Reaching out to Influencers, matching them with Client needs and lead them through suitable campaigns.
  • Maintaining long-term relationships with influencers in the UK region.
  • Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with the assigned accounts.
  • Conducting campaigns on social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok.
  • Making strategic recommendations and creating reports via Post for Rent platform for our direct clients and agencies.

Requirements - Key Attributes:

  • Native level of English language
  • Self-driven multitasker.
  • Strong experience in using social media and digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Ability to balance multiple clients, influencers and campaigns.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Nice to have:

  • Business level of other European language(s).
  • Event organisation skills.
  • Experience in working with companies from B2B sector (media/ advertising, tech and startups) or B2C influencers: young talents and creators.
